Iv never done them on snow, and I had this random question im sure lots of you can answer. When you do these do you have to hit the jump any slower then usual? I was sitting here thinking about them and was thinking you could easily over shoot the landing with the way you initially take off spearing through the air.

They are actually easier if your not moving at all.

you're over thinking it. Just take off in superman position, spot your landing ahead of time since you'll be blind once you tuck, and be comfortable enough with setting your rotation speed that you can bring it to your feet in time...

I would say the best way to learn is to do a regular front flip or two on the jump you want to do it and then start doing them but just stretching your body out more each time until you are doing them super cool.
