anyone have any good remedies for a hangover- already took 2 ibuprofen but i still feel like someone ounched me in the face really hard

So hungover this morning.

Woke up at 8:30, smoked a lot of keef at 10, made greasy american breakfast favorites for myself at 12, slept til 3.

I feel great!

Water before bed helps. I also find that when me and my buds go on a drunken trek to panago before we go home, we all usually feel exceptional the next day. So food, water, and I guess weed(I've never tried waking and baking, so I can't vouch for this one), all help with hangovers. Once you have a hangover, I've never found anything helped, other than leaving the house and going outside. I find if I stay inside, I just feel like a dirty wallowing bastard, so I will my self to go outside. It's hard to persuade yourself when you're in your bed, but I find it's the best thing to do. One night I blacked out, and the next morning I felt like a piano had been dropped on me the night before. Buddy called me up, said he was in the exact same state as me, but somehow he persuaded me to go hike a mountain. By the time I was halfway up, I felt pretty fresh.

haha ya man while i was bent over my toilette wrenching my gut all i was thinking abot was that song specifically "tryin ta breathe in bewteen these dry heaves" it sucked


bt im still slightly nausious i wanna hit a toke and eat some ramen but im scared boys im scared puking sucks dick especially in a dirty toilette

drink a half gallon of water before bed, so key. then wake up, drink some OJ, smoke a bowl, then youll sorta start to trip out, then go eat a greasy ass breakfast, followed by more water, OJ, and weed. should be good to go after the breakfast

eat a bannana, Potasium is great for headaches and hangovers which you leach through drinking/peeing which you do a lot of when you are wasted

banana honey and some sort of fruit smoothie. tastes great. banana helps your stomach. and the honey helps your head. lots of honey and two bananas

alright for all you kids that say drink gatorade.

gatorade is full of electrolytes, which pretty much means theres a shit ton of salt in it.

the body needs water to digest salt.

therefore if you drink gatorade after a long night of drinking, you will be even more dehydrated.

so instead of drinking gatorade drink some water, and by some i mean a shit ton.

drink some gatorade and then have half a shot.  Alcohol takes the edge off a hangover often times. just dont get drunk again and you can still go about your day pretty easily

water! drink 2 glasses before you go to bed and while you drink so you don't get dehydrated. Gatorade works too and is probably better although I have never tried it

well that makes sense to an extent. endophens are released through the act of "sex" so it does in theory make you feel better and happier when you "wakey wakey, with your hands on the snakey"

Gatorade + banana + orange juice + ibuprofen. And eat something (more substantial), I always feel much worse being hungover on an empty stomach. A shower always makes me feel better too. Then watch a movie or something, you'll feel fine in a few hours.

i had to wake up at 9 to clean my house but i couldn't fall back asleep

i dont sleep well when i'm drunk, i have no idea why. i just toss and turn all night and wake up very frequently

Best preventative measure right here......I wrecked myself a few days ago riding......spent new years on the couch. No fun, but no hangover. But seriously, drink a lot of water, and try eating some tomatoes, don't know why they help, but they do.

have a ceasar or smoke a joint (brownies are better cause it works longer)

go to the hot tub and drink a shit ton of dilute gatorade and wear sunglasses all day

actually this man speaks the truth ^

one of the best things you can do is drink as much water as humanly possible (to the point where you feel bloated) and you will wake up having to piss a lot, but you wont have a headache. most of the time you feel so hungover because you're dehydrated as you sleep, especially if you drink hard alcohol.

as a rule, i always drink atleast a litre of water before bed. i wake up having to piss like crazy but im never hungover. im not hungover tonight after 12 cheap beers

you guys fucking serious?

Alcohol contains "Ethanol" and transforms in your body to "Ethanal" which most often results in headache and nausea.

"Ethanal" needs to be burned, and to speed up the process you can actually go for a run or so, that will help.

and drinking alcohol also means dehydration, so a good thing you can do is drink a lot of water.

this morning i was the most hungover i think iv ever been, finally hit the hay around 5 woke up at like 11. i just drank a ton of water, ate a breakfast consisting of bagels smoked salmon orange juice bacon eggs. then i watched some eye trip segments and went for a couple afternoon park laps for like an hour. as soon as i was hitting jumps the hangover was totally gone. i wouldve liked to smoke some bud but my parents were around the house all day. so try going skiing it working for me
