do they even come off?
I've got my 140 XXL sitting right next to me, and they look like they cant really take them off unless you remove the whole pivot piece.
I remember trying to find this out my self, when a buddy of mine bought some night trains and wanted FKS for them, they are impossible to find,
But probably your best bet is to call rossi as stated above.

But back on topic, do you know if Rossignol/look even make binding packages for retail?

New brakes fit old bindings. They are exactly the same albeit colour.
You can buy new baseplates + brakes from rossi for $40 if you call them. You could also probably find some brakes on their own on TGR.

they seem to be different metal but i've found them to be much easier to bend than the old ones making me think they might be weaker but idk
