just about any sector 9 complete is good for any level. if you like carving more than bombing look for a board with cut outs and drop through trucks. the cut outs help when carving and the low stance from the drop through trucks is good for bombing hills too.
i have been longboarding for a few years now and have had a few setups and i would say any sector 9 would be a great first step for you. they are fairly cheap and reliable. if you want to go with a nicer board i would def. recomened a loaded Dervish or Tam Tien. they are supper nice and have veriuse flex patterns.
buy a legit company like landyachtz or rayne not the crap companies as listed above. you'll be pleased with a sector nine carver for like a month before you realize that you actually wanted something better. my 2 cents
