Replying to Another Season Thread

I realise there is a few thread similar to this but I couldn't find any with specific season accommodation advice  -

So I'm heading to Whistler this winter for the season. I doubt I'll get a job working for the mountain so I won't be getting staff housing.
Does anyone know of any season accommodation websites or companies or basically any other information that might be helpful. I've worked 3 seasons in Europe doing bar work but my knowledge on ski resorts in North America and Whistler is low.
My idea is to do what I usually do in Europe. Get to resort then search for work in bars/restaurants allowing me to ski in the day and work at night.
