free running is sick and all but i hate when kids think that they are a freerunning champ because they can jump off an 8 foot building without breaking their legs.

I feel kind of bad for the kid in the first vid, looks like that shit would hurt and it was a cool palm spin, but the second vid was hilarious. tool bags who think they are good at freerunning should be punched in the throat.

no, most of them are idiots thinking they can copy the guys and do it right. in reality you have to be insanely strong and athletic to do it without hurting yourself. these people look like they just walked out their door and started to try shit.
