Why are the times 3 hours a head, Is it possible to change?

So im tired of adding 3 hours to post times, im lazy i know, its a issue im in therapy for it, don't judge, but in the mean time, can i adjust my time zone setting so i efficiently, consistently, accurately, quickly, precisely, and easily read the time stamps?

make sure your region setting is right through account tools, if that doesnt work i guess the last resort is moving three times zones east

it's because NS is based out of Quebec where it's EST, but they should have an option to change to PST or any other time zone
All times are Eastern (-5)
