There are a lot of potheads in Van, but that kid is dumb. Anyone who pays $35 for an eighth in Vancouver is retarded. I have never paid more than $30, and not a single dealer in Van that I know charges more than their regular price when they get a kush strain for merchandise.

are you aware of what japan's drug laws are? The rest of their govt is alright, and maybe that's what you were going for, but for drugs, it's far from it.

i know it's from wikipedia, but quite frankly, i don't want to dig through actual japanese government files to find this.

Seeing that i've been to Japan and that my heritage is Japanese. I just like everything over there better. Also as a skiing website you'd be living around a Skiing area. POW parts are in Hokaido, a rather country side area of Japan. I bet it's hard to get caught in the Country side.

Weed's a plant, it just grows like that, and if you should so happen to set it on fire there are some effects. Drugs you have to do shit to it chemically, like add baking soda and water and stir it up, i dont know the recipe im just saying.
