New cheap film perspective; Film from under a balloon!!

I just watched the GoPro in space edit.. pretty cool, but the idea of an camera under a balloon caught my attention..
I'f you could make a small harnas(?) around a balloon so it wont circkle all the time and than hang your camera under it you could make some sick shots.. Kinda like the shots from a heli, just not moving but its a lot cheaper!
Anyone ever done this?

I can see some sick shots in the trees or sick pillow lines..

(sorry for the weird tittle and english..stay stoked!)

I like this idea. It would take some time to perfect (ie getting tether lines outta the shot, focusing, etc). But it could work..And be sick.

well we can scratch off focusing cuz u dont really focus wide angle lenses..

With 2 or 3 'ropes' attached around the balloon, not just under it, should work

what would you do, attach it to ropes and guide it? because it would eiether fall right to the ground or float or just keep going higher and higher.

another alternative: just make a really tall handle and attach your gopro or other camera to that instead

almost like when you make a zip line for a camera you put strings on it so you control the speed
