does shag carpet slide?

howdy, i'm making a backyard setup and i've got a lots of old shag carpet. would it slide if i hosed it down, soaped it up, or pissed on it side-ways? i want to start skiing again as soon as i can. thanks all.

it would slide really well if you put some snow on it. just stop by your local skate rink with a pickup truck!
