having some issues with my jacket

-almost all the waterproofing is worn off of everywhere on the jacket, and it gets wet pretty easily

-some of the stitching on the bottom pockets is coming out, and i havn't really been using it that much/very aggressivly.

I've had it since december 24th

Anybody else having these problems? is this normal? or should I talk to saga?

are you positive your jacket is saga, and/or you didnt run it through the dryer on high 300 times?
