Saga HQ (12/16/10)-
The most delayed items for this Holiday season is all Medium outerwear, XL Ghost pants and L Pro-model jackets, all of these items will be express shipping from our warehouse on Dec. 27-28th. Now shipping is most large outerwear (with the exception of the Pro-model jackets and a few units of King Cobra and Lobster, these have been split into both shipments).We know this comes as a great disappointment to most customers effected by the delay and we have done everything in our power to help make up for this lost ground on late shipping. I will however, stand up for the employees working around the clock in the warehouse trying to satisfy each and every person who has contacted us, there are thousands of people trying to get an answer so please be patient in getting your response and we will be getting back to you. Those of you most effected by the delay have been contacted individually with an email laying out your options on how to handle the order.
