So i just got my saga today, soooo sick. one thing that was a disappointment was that the logo is already coming off in the back.. I dont care that much but it a little disappointing. But otherwise I'am so stoked on my new saga its so nice, fits perfectly and I'm 6'4

alright, I have the velcro straps pulled at the waist, makes them fit perfectly, although I'll still wear a belt. But I definitely like the length, even if people are going to hate.

For reference, I'm 5'8.5/5'9, 135lbs. Should fit even better with ski boots on.

i sent emails 2 days ago, and called, asking to cancel my order ....and have my card refunded....STILL NO RESPONSE.!!!!!...I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! AND THEY CANT EVEN DO THAT!!!! SAGA PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!....worst customer service ever....

calm down. if you actually give them some time, they will work your shit out. they are generally super good about this stuff.

they are crazy overwhelmed.

If YOUR little outerwear company suddenly blew up huge, and all your shit got fucked up in a country halfway around the world, you'd probably be a little behind too.

XL jacket XL pants is the way to go.

Idk man, i would stick with M if you're 5'4". Its up to you though if you want a super baggy fit and you don't want to wait until after the holidays. Plus you're probably still growing (guess..?) and you could use it for quite a while

if you need the gear, just get L, you'll be fine with the waist adjustment, and if anything , you'll be more likely to trade or sell them later on

I found an old friend on NS affiliated with saga.

" i know that they are expecting the syrup large pants in by the end of the week. They can express ship you those. as for jackets they are getting large Syrup and blue steal in later this week as well and maybe some king cobras. Ghost jackets are in stock and shipping in large. I dont know but I bet you could switch your order."

I have crazy wide shoulders and mine is a few inches above my knees. Only difference is I'm 6'2". idk how that works

Well i would think that it would make the jacket stretch wider, thus pulling up the length of it. I'm not completely sure though, since i havn't gotten my stuff.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. Either he has a wide load sign on his back and a truck 100ft in front and behind him I'm guessing it's a different type of "above the knees", maybe just barely above them. lol. Sizing is so confusing.

So, I want to change my order and I emailed them about that a few days ago and haven't gotten a response(surprise, surprise), but I was wondering if anyone else has gotten in touch with them about changing orders? I'm probably going to call tomorrow and attempt to get someone on the phone, but I'm doubtful I will.

Yeah, they emailed me today. 1st email was a reply to me asking if they could change my order, and they said that i could pick out of what they had in the online store, because everything else is sold out. 2nd email was about my order shipping at the end of this wee (friday, L king cobra, L smoke n mirrors pants) but then i changed my pants to XL because they had it in the store.
