I doubt that they have updated their lists of what products/sizes are sold out (of the ones affected by the delayed shipping) since people have started switching their orders. They'd most likely do this around the same time they answer people's emails asking to have their orders switched.
So if the item (model+size) is listed as sold out, I suggest maybe sending an email asking to have it switched anyways and check their website periodically.
I personally just asked to have my pant order switched from a large Lobster to an XL Lobster, so that's one more large pant available, once they respond.
