I'm not sure how many people regularly check in on this regional, but I'm gonna say hi. Is there a cult for Japan, or Hokkaido specifically?
I'm moving to Hokkaido in August, and should be there for a couple of years. I'm going to be just north of Sapporo but am planning to travel around as much as possible at weekends, and for night skiing.
Anyone based over there? Any hidden gems other than the obvious major resort areas? Any tips? Would be cool to meet up with any NS'ers!
