it also looks like he's wearing it inside out, because those two bottom things are snow skirt buttons, or extremely lame pockets

and it also looks like the zipper under layer is out the outside, (but then again alot of jackets have a fold over zipper protector so i could be wrong on that part)

SOMEONE Clear this up for us!!

I'm gonna go ahead and say he is wearing his jacket inside out. Those "pockets" look like pow skirt ends to me.
