Wake skiing

so i know some people have been talking about the wake skis... what about just throwin on some wakeboard bindings on some regalar water skis and just jumpin like that. ive been using some normal waterskis behind a wakeboard boat and jumping. hard to spin with the normal bindings though. what ya think? any way to put some wakeboard bindings on some skis?

you're going to have to get some wide waterskis to fit the wakeboard bindings. and you'll have to drill out all your holes for the screws. but give it a shot!

scratch the idea dude. normal skis are too long and too narrow to do anything cool with just a wake. if you want "wakeboard bindings" on regular skis, look at wiley's highwrap freestyle jump bindings. wakeboard bindings have too wide of a plate to fit on regular skis.

wakeboard binding are very wide. They would stick out from the sides of the skis
