ARMADA font

the font that armada uses is tight. i need to find out what it is called or where i can get it (the exact font, not a similar one). i'm making my friend a tshirt for his birthday. i'll kill myself if i don't find out what its called. give me the answer.

and illegal if you're putting ARMADA in the exact color/font/etc.

but, um, i konw the NIssan Armada ( an SUV) uses like the exact same font. i saw it on a billboard, and i thought it was for the skizzleeess.

it'd be gay because you need to give a lil company makein lil money off their stuff. it's not like making your friend a nike shirt. Companies like Armada practically remember everyplace or person their stuff goes to. Dont be a dick and use their name. givem a few bucks for their work and ideas.

ive never seen the font before, im sure Levin made it himself, so dont rip it off! i remember one thing from graphic design class, something about '50 dollar usage fee', meaning that if u use someone elses font, the general rule of thumb is to pay them 50

maybe he just wants the font to make a shirt that has nothing to do with Armada. So if the font is available commercially, and you know where it is, there's no issue in telling him where to get it. Other than the fact that he's got no imagination.

i never said it was going to be an 'ARMADA' t-shirt. i just want the font. its going to say something completely different. he just spent his term abroad in prague. its going to say CZECH IT OUT with a little blocked out shape of the czech republic at the end with these ripples coming off of it.

djxtreme, its a whole different concept, unless the kid is gonna mass produce armada t-shirt look alikes and sell them for his own profit its not like downloading music. some artists put their stuff out on the internet to get downloaded for publicity like kanye west. By saying 'any publicity is good publicity' i meant that if people saw this shirt that we thought was gonna look like an armada shirt people would think about the skis. you had my idea all wrong but i didnt word it very well in the first place.
