first off i would like to say i was pretty foolish for even trying to do business with him the first place, but he gave me all his personal information and i was only risking $30, so i figured it wouldn't be that bad. now i just want my money back or the goods we agreed to trade for. and don't tell me to file a Paypal claim, i kinda lost track of the days and now it is past the 45 days you have to file. another mistake, i am aware.
on April 27 we agreed to trade my jiberish emcee and $30 for his jiberish treez and zeebz and raspberry flannel. i sent the money that day (the 27th) and he said he would ship the next day. (the 28th) i was going to wait until i received his items before i shipped out my emcee, so i still have that.
since that day he has claimed to ship on three different occasions. still nothing yet.
i honestly don't think this kid is scamming me. something tells me he is just insanely lazy p.o.s. and hasn't gotten the motivation to ship my stuff out. i have his name, phone number, address, email, and he even just added me on Facebook two weeks ago and talked to me about it, claiming he shipped again.

he lives in York, PA. if you live in/around York and want to help me out, give me a PM or post here in this thread. if you end up helping me get my money back or my stuff, i will gladly give you something as a reward to make it worth your while.
