this is going to sound terrible. but this shouldnt be considered kiddie porn. miley is a celebrity, and is well aware of it. she is conscience of the constant presence of papparazzi around her; if she wants to make decisions like not wearing underwear in public, she has to be ready for the consequences. if she wants to be a slut, she should realize everyone is going to see her that way.

It Absolutely IS a crime, and should be punished to the fullest extent, what he is saying is that she should be prepared for this sort of thing to happen. i know that technically its still illegal, just as illegal as if she was like 8 years younger. but its also retarded for that reason. since there is basically no difference between her now and in how ever many months till she is 18, except for a number. but there is a huge difference between her 8 years ago, and her now.

i understand its illegal, but i hate it when people are unwilling to use any common sense to decide if somethings right or wrong, because the law decides for them. and in this case i know her being just months older means absolutely nothing to me about it being right or wrong. its really nothing more than a number. if you dont think that 24 hours can be the difference between jail time and absolutely nothing happening is retarded, then, well your just an idiot.

No, thats really stupid. If you have hundreds of people running around all day every day following you where ever you go trying to take pictures up your dress, its going to happen isn't it? Only person that should be liable legally is whatever asshole photographer took the picture, although if Perez Hilton went to jail that would be awesome because he's a fat asshole.
