Replying to Lausanne/Switzerland people! Holler at me!

I'm gonna live there for a year starting next September. Student exchange program. I am mega stoked.

Where to ski? So many places ... Am I better off with a season pass somewhere or is it just better to travel to different mountains?

I don't give much fuck about park... I am obviously NOT going to the Swiss alps to jib metal and sesh groomed parks. I am looking for: POW and AWESOME TERRAIN.

Also any other info related to shit to do in the Lausanne area apart from skiing would be appreciated.
