Replying to CALLOUT skibikeclambake

Ok so about two months ago I bought some plain black xxl pants off the kid. Obviously I haven't seen them yet and I have tried to get in touch with him through paypal asking for my money back (requesting payment). I spent 40bills so not a huge amount of money but none the less I still expect to get the pants or a refund. He said he was going through surgery and was in the hospital the last time I spoke with him so I said take your time and try and get it out within the week as long as i get the pants I am happy and this was about after a month of waiting. It now has been over 2 months and he has not logged onto his account in over 30days and I haven't been able to get in touch with him. So if any one knows him personally and can help me get my snowpants or my money back that would be greatly appreciated and karma will be rewarded to who ever tries to help. Thanks NS
