At first I was like

Then I realized it is pretty simple, the space inbetween the lines of the paper along with the white and black design on the bottom paper makes things look as if they are moving. Still crazy though.

Haha yeah those are sick, I work at a Library on weekends and we have a few toddlers books full of those things. You don't actually see the pattern underneath in the books but turning the page causes the transparency to move creating the illusion of motion etc.
