so much hate in this thread, kinda sad.
To clarify my opinion, I'm a gym rat. I lift 5-6 days a week, supplement, goals, planned workouts, i research it in my free time, been doing it for 7 years....the whole bit. It's an obsession of mine and I really enjoy it.
With that said, P90X is not for me, because I have the experience to know what does and does not work for me and I can adjust and create my own workouts depending on what I'm trying to accomplish. BUT i think P90X is a great thing for some people. Most people are clueless about how to get in shape...shit half the guys I see in the gym still don't know what they're doing. I think any workout program that is easy to follow and gets results for the average person who is just trying to maintain their health or shape is a good thing.
It's not for me, but by all means I encourage everyone to stay in shape and be healthy so however they want to do it (as long as it works) is good in my book.
For those who do nothing and are fat slobs, I have no respect for you and you clearly don't respect yourself so I don't see why anybody else should give you respect.
