as I said, you will rarely see conclusive yes or no answers on creatine.
cobra commander is right in post on diet. 100% accurate.
I disagree about creatine tho, it straight up does make you stronger. is that worth it to you personally? we cant answer that. I use it periodically with great results.
also, if you are just starting to work out, you will not know yet what you are capable of and what you arent or if creatine is even doing anything for you. be better to have a baseline to compare to.
a safer bet would be to work out regularly and eat clean. you cannot go wrong with that.
