Replying to Bern hard hats: protective enough?

so I'm going to be getting a new helmet for next year, and I like the look of the bern baker hard hats, only thing is I'm worried about how protective the brock foam really is. I'm not a person who crashes alot, but when I do I crash pretty hard, I've gotten 2 mid level concussions and 1 minor concussion in the last two seasons while wearing my smith holt, is the hard hat system protective enough for me? or should I go for the helmet with EPS foam and play it safe?
