a hippo. it might let the gorilla have some fun first, then when it realizes it will never tear through the hippos hide, the hippo will put its like 12" canines through the gorillas head

A hippo would not win. A gorilla would just jump on its back and pound the hippos face in.

Hippos are almost 20 times heavier than Gorillas. They are fast as fuck and have huge teeth. one bit from the hippo would kill the gorilla instantly.

The gorilla can punch the hippo all it likes, i doubt it'd do much damage.

Gorilla would get thrashed, hippos can get over 7000lbs. I found this video of a hippo saving an impala from a croc, it's kinda sad but cool:
