im tihnking about ordering a hoodie from them. i leave CO in 12 days so if i choose regular ground shipping should i put it to my CA address (where i'll be for winter break?) or should i do 3 day shipping?

i shipped my jacket back to exchange and it took 6 business days because of thanksgiving and such but on wed the 1st it got delivered. I emailed them day before it got there to upgrade to overnight shipping on the new jacket(because they have to refund me some money for balaclava and extra sleeves cuz they are not in stock for the xl jacket so instead of refund i want overnight shipping). i emailed them yesterday because i had no response 2 days after the delivery and they said they didn't get a confirmation that my jacket has been returned. so i gave them the tracking number and it says delivered. i don't understand how they would not get a confirmation already 2 days after it getting there, its not like they're crazy busy now. i hope to get my jacket by Wednesday uhhhh

Just got my first drop accessories

Just a small review to help others out

Firstly, 2 x Hoodies, these feel quite thick , the hood stay is nice , the thumb holes are nice , overall a massive improvement on last years quality. Very Happy with this item

Park Gloves , they fell nice and soft , very flexabile  knuckles and fingers, palm grips are nice, they dont look like they would peel off as easy as other gloves ive owned. They have a wetsuit material on the outside with a different layer on the inside , They dont seem like they would be very waterproof, but would be warm as long as they didnt get wet.

Stickers , yea good selection and differnt colors / sizes .....

Beanie , I ordered a white beanie , but the color is defintly not white , its more of a cream color, i didnt mind too much seeing as i was happy with everything else. will probably sell this

have ordered a white EC one since then

used my fd yesterday for the first time. i would say the temps dipped into the 20s and i must say this shit is the warmest suit i have ever put on. i am very skinny and get cold very easily (i usually layer even with insulated jackets) and i was so hot that i even had to shed a layer. if your looking for warmth go with fd

So angry, I cant even put in words, I ordered on Oct25th, after 2 order conformations, David emails today and tells me they have run out of stock and claims that he let me know that he ran out just after I ordered. (Which makes no sense) He did not email me, and it didn't go in my spam. Has this happened to anyone else???????????????

so i finally got my L jacket exchange for XL. its only 1 inch difference in length but couple inches in width but o well i cant go back now. its a little too wide but other then that i like the fit,

just got my xxlt black hoodie

photo booth doesnt do it justice but i'm 6'1 and it easily hits my knee caps, with the threading at the bottom id say it goes about 1 inch below knee caps.

messed up the first post. but yeah i got FREE OVERNIGHT shipping on the exchange. well not free...but instead of refunding the money for extra black sleeves they sent it overnight. plus i got the balaclava that was out of stock first time i got my order but they managed to find one for me. on the site it looks more cozy and fleece like, but its actually very thing cotton or something like that. i like it.

Is it kinda soft but too thin to be cotton? I'm looking for one like that. It's almost like a microfiber material and it doesn't get wet as quick from your mouth. Mine always makes my lips freeze from talking and making it go inside my mouth. haha

Shipping to Finland took over 3 weeks.

I tested them today and first impression was very good. Jacket and pants are both size L and i think its perfect size to me. Im 5'8 / 172cm. They are baggyyyy.
Jacket and pants felt comfortable and good quality. Jacket has many pockets. Zip-off sleeves are dope and magnets work very well.
 I think this is the warmest jacket i've ever worn!
I was afraid of jackets size. I looked at other pics and L-jacket looked very small. In real life its big and fits very good with L pants.

Jacket: 10/10


Pants are amazing. They are very baggy and bibs work well. No more belt!

Pants: 10/10


I also ordered XL reversible hoodie. It felt not so high quality but i cant say that it was expensive!
It was full of little threads and some seams were not so good. But zippers in the pockets give big +.

Reversible hoodie: 7/10

I just got my 2XLT red/white hoodie..super impressed when I got it and wore it..very warm and very tall, after skiing in it about 2 hours I got home and took it off, the white pocket was somewhat dirty and so i decided to wash it.  After the wash i opened the lid and there was red dye all over my washing machine, the red dye had all faded making every white part on the hoodie pink, and the cotton all came off in clumps and is falling all over my house, very dissappointed wiht he quality considering First Drop normally has legit stuff..

1) Sounds like you didn't look at the sizing chart.
2) It's thick because some people don't want to freeze their ass off.
Sounds like a shell may have suited you better, but honestly who wears tall tees over the straps? If you feel the need to have both the bib part and a tall tee on just let the straps hang down. That's what I did when I forgot my pants and had to rent a bib. haha

1. the bib is meant to keep you warm. pants with bibs are much warmer than pants without bibs.
2. the bib is removable for a reason. its not meant to be worn under your super steezy tall tee. take it off and throw on a belt.
3. if the waste is too big im gonna guess you probably got a size too big. i could fit three people in my pants but i like the bagginess that way

My Little Review:

Overall I'm impressed. Took my full combo up on Whistler yesterday; it was blowing hard, wet conditions, some deep stuff to be found. With just base layers on underneath it kept me warm (it wasn't that cold but still was very comfortable) and I didn't get wet despite my best efforts of falling in pow.

I like the magnetic clasps; they work well. All the wrist cuffs, powder skirts etc... kept everything out. The reinforced material around the ankles is a nice touch and I like the shiny FD buttons. Jacket sizing is spot on for me (obviously this is a personal preference) and colours are bang on.

My gripes are as follows: Pants are too wide; whether this is my fault or FDs miss sizing is open to interpretation, the zips aren't of the highest quality; tend to catch and not have as smooth a motion as I'd like and finally no interior chest pocket; these are a favourite of mine and not that big of a deal due to the bib pocket.

I can't comment on the biggest issue which is durability but it seems like good stuff.

I'm saying it feels weird because he said that he could fit him and his clone in the pants and the tall t is gonna match the shape of the bib because of that. I haven't seen you make a good post in quite awhile and I'm sure plenty of people agree with me. And are the pants really not insulated? I thought he meant the whole thing felt too thick.

i was out first day in the park today with my suit. it was 14f felt like 5-8F. no wind. snow blowing. so very cold conditions and i loved everything about the suit. i was little cold but id be in any jacket in those temps plus i had no jacket sleeves on. the Balaclava isnt that good tho but i still like it. im super stoked on the suit!!!!

thats what the weather app said. lol it was sooo cold as cold as it gets on east coast and the Balaclava got wet easily yeah. i also ordered the ec headwear Balaclava so i hope its a little better.

the east coast is gonna have some crazy ass temps this weekend. High of 29 and low of 0 on saturday here. haha. It was 8 and dumping last sunday, and even though I've felt like I'm getting more like a north carolidiot (they get cold when it's 65) every year since I moved here, I was pretty was pretty warm in my saga. Saga is only a shell so I'm just guessing that FD would be pretty nice. I almost went with FD, but I didn't want to take a chance mostly because people weren't saying the best things about last year's stuff.
