Hey guys, as you have guessed we have been busier and working harder than we have ever worked in our lives. It's been really crazy around the warehouse. We have literally had 6 people working from 8am-11pm everyday since the gear arrived.
As some of you have found out, our shipper screwed up in a few big ways by sending out some incorrect waybills (and then canceling and reissuing them) as well as overselling a few orders. Our automated system also crashed and we had to process ALL the orders manually. We have been doing everything we can though to fix the problems.
For the few people who ordered something that we ran out of, we are offering a full refund and we are also including a free accessory gift (of your choice) for anyone willing to change the size/color of their outerwear. We are also upgrading the shipping at our expense.
We have been answering literally hundreds upon hundreds of emails, messages, and calls every day and are trying to stay on top of it as much as possible. This shipment didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, but we are working through it and will be buying a very expensive all inclusive piece of software that will make shipping much smoother in the future.
We will continue to do our best to continually improve all of our products (something that we think shows in a big way with the new gear) as well as maintain some of the best customer service around.
