his rail game is obviously good...but why not hit some jumps or snipe a nice line? Instead the edit was half acting like a gangster and half spinning like a top on rails

where did you see him spinning like a top on rails? you must have seen the wrong video. and why does it matter if he didnt hit jumps or "snipe a nice line" (at mount snow??)? he did what he wanted to do, which was hit rails. there are a handful of snowboarders that pretty much only hit rails and have full handrail video parts, which is not a problem. heed did his own thing, and dropped out when all the little newschooler kids got a huge boner for him

True and I'm cool with that b/c he is a 100x better on rails than I am...I just like some variation in an edit ya dig? A 100% rail edit gets old fassssst

do you know that for a fact or just assume? ive seen some kids do some wierd shit and take themselves seriously. skiing speaks for itself, so i dont really care about filler shots, jw.

and apparently they still do. this video is from 2005. get over it. i really hate talking about pros and what not because everyone is so opinionated about whose dick should be sucked the hardest. stop idiolizing pros, there just people. that being said, at his time, heed was an inspiration because gorilla stezze was fresh. he set the bar, changed the game, and kids got hard for him, just like they do tom wallisch today. he didnt want the fame, and i cant blame him. if i had a site filled with 14 yr old boys chasing me down and analyzing videos i put out 5 years ago i would duck out faster than he did.
