how is the tipsy song pointless. Has just as much meaning as any other song. And The rubber band is like, carrying around so much money you eed a rubber band to keep it all together. Like a poor mans money clip.....(kind of an oxymoron wasn't that ll)

its about oppression and cash, i had a football game at the highschool by TIs house(bankhead highway , mays highschool) and the place is an utter shit hole, it could be a 3rd world country. there are crack dealers walking openly down the streets and big bootayed hoe's everywhere. it was crazy.....one of the worst places to live in ATL let alone the US
im glad he made it out, and he's a good guy because he builds discount homes for poor ppl so he's not just a rapper set on makin money and bein greedy
