i can:
jump 180 onto the line (from ground onto the line)
jump 7 off
make a small jump on the line
surf a little
turn around
walk backwards
i can kneedrop (right foot in front, left foot back and drop left knee underneath the line)
i can stand up from sitting position (basically sitting with line in my buttcrack, left foot against my butt and on the line, then right leg stretched out and foot underneath the line to act as leverage)
and balance on 1 hand an 1 foot
