Box Question

So this is the box I made this past winter, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, but I have one small problem. I bought puck board to use as the sliding surface, and I contact cemented it to the wood. It worked for a while, but after a month or two and then the puck board came off. Now I would just screw it on, but the puck board is only like a millimetre thick, so I don't that would work. Anyone have any suggestions?

use that liquid nails stuff. i heard it works pretty well

i was going to buy that stuff and cement it on but the website said it could not be cemented.  i'm using pvc now.  don't know how that helps you at all.  soooo... bump
