Looking into rollerblading.

I'm bored in the summer now that all the snow is gone, but I still want to do something right?
I'm liking the idea of rollerblading. I am an experience rollerblader, I know how to ride them, but I want to get into some freestyle stuff. What's a good pair of rollerblades I can use?

When I get rollerblades, I'm not going to get a lot into grinding, more of a playful rollerblades, fooling around and stuff. But I still want a pair that will support that.

Rollerblades are really all preference. No one makes bad skates, the industry isn't big enough for that. Razors are good, solid skates, the SL generation is one I like. I personally have USD carbons, but they're probably a little costly if you're just starting out. Everyone else makes good skates too, Valo, NIMH, xsjado, rollerblade, remz... it's all preference. So you want to do lots of airs and stuff though? Rollerblades stock frames have space for bigger wheels, which =  more speed.

i was in a similar position to you about a month ago. i ended up going with some REMZ OS3s, off of aggressivemall.com. i like them a lot.

ps: i was able to pick up rollerblading really quickly, and i realized how similar most of the tricks are to skiing. i'm sure you'll think that too, when you get your own skates.

i agree with everyone saying OS3's, i have OS2's and theyre a great skate so i'd assume the OS3 would be the same or better.

Amazing skate. Im just upset that feet didn't like them very much. I had horrible pains in my feet after every skate sesh. loved them a lot though.

yea I got them at the beginning of last summer and skated in them till about november/december. They hurt less after a couple weeks of skating, but I would always have to take them off mid way through skating to let my feet recover.

Just a quick question:

How do YOU guys like to stop on aggressive inlines?
The place where I live doesn't have a lot of flat areas, and getting to place can be very "hill-like"

You should defanently start. So... much fun. A good pair you could get are some Razors or Valos. I have the eric bailey pro model Valos and i love them!
