Marker Jesters

From what I understand the Jester is basically just the big brother to the Griffon. Metal in certain places where the Griffon has plastic.
I've only heard of the toe-piece breaking on the Griffon's. And I've heard only a couple times of the bindings pulling out of the ski on the Griffon Schizo.

Everyone I know personally has never had an issue with their Griffon's. I would assume the same would go for the Jesters. Maybe look around a little more for common complaints/wait for more people to respond here before you make your decision.

I have the marker griffons, and they have held up very well.  I'm pretty sure the Marker "royal family" bindings are all solid bindings and durable.  I do know that the cheaper Marker "freeride bindings" have durability issues though, but whatever. 

i just bought 2 year old jesters at the beginning of the season. they held up like champs through this season. i say go for. super durable

its the din setting the griphens are 12 din and the jesters are 16s so they cost more

Jesters are great bindings. Never had any issues with them or Marker for that matter.

I agree Jesters are great, you have metal toe wings, and a metal heel housing rather than plastic, which is what the Griffon is. Also, the jesters are a higher DIN binding and a bit heavier. The one thing that you might see over a period of time with either one of these bindings is the toe piece potentially loosening up. It's hard to explain exactly what happens with out looking directly at the bindings, but it's essentially from landing back seat repeatedly. Plastic wears down and a gap is created between the toe piece and the mounting bracket. This really only happens with lots and lots of landing in the back seat. Other than that awesome bindings. Hope this helps.
