Sharpen edges or not?

i was wondering if i sharpen my edges on my skis will it be harder to slide rails and shit like that?

well i mean it will make it better for boxes but searchbars are gonna be a lot harder to hit

dont do it. it makes everything fun harder: pow turns cant be as slashy, you catch edges on rails 18498534234 times easier and more violently, and it makes butters way harder.

Personaly, I just ski them factory sharp and the tips and tails stay decent and the underfoot gets dull soon. Then I just ski them like that. But also factory sharp isn't very sharp bc I buy direct from rossignol.

I keep mine how they came everywhere except where I slide rails, and just dull thAt section that will touch the rail, and don't forget to dull both skis(switchups) and the corect side of the ski...

as long as you dont sharpen to much underfoot you will be fine. I like to keep mine sharp about half way up the tip and tail so i dont catch anything but still have control on ice

sharpen edges help me caarve off jumps better...but they dont really affect me on rails

i race and that y you need to sharpen you edges. park skis do no do this

not noticeably in my opinion but it will make you have more fun on groomers

i ripped the edges out underfoot and rounded the base to the topsheet on one pair of armadas, if you enjoy stoping dont do that
