A few questions for all you screen printers...

two colors: YES how: you just have a different stencil for each color, print one, then lay the second and print that one

lay the second one directly over the first one? so keep the first print in the screen, then just burn another print over it?

no you make two seperate screens. one for one color print let dry then put the other screen on for the other color.

oh word, yeah i will do more reseatch before i get one forsure, i was just wondering if other people new what to do....and again would i use the same screen with a different stencil or would i have to use 2 different screens?

Think if it like layers in photoshop.. basically the colours stack up on top of each other.

Each print requires one "screen" or the canvas used to apply the emulsion and burn the image.  You can take them out of the wooden frame and switch them if you don't have two frames, but i recommend having them on seperate frames if you're going to be doing multiple prints.  With two color, you want to print the back color first, then the front color, usually going from lightest to darkest since most light colors wont print up to standard on a darker color.  Technically you could have two images on one screen, and simply tape over one in order to prevent it from being printed, and then cover the other one, it just depends on the size of the screen and the size of the image.

As for cleaning, just buy the solution that removes the photo emulsion, usually comes with the emulsion in a kit or right next to it at the art store.  I recommend keeping the images you produce and just replace the screen canvas with a new one just in case you ever want to use it again.
