NS buying an island

With all the people on NS I am confident the forum members of NS can buy an island. We need to bring NS to a whole new level and make us the first forum to do things of such GREATNESS. Here is my proposition.

This island is located in South American around Panama. It cost 30,000 US Dollards. It is Almost 1 acre large (.88 acres).

I have the legal resources to make it completly legit. I believe it will only take around 1-3 US dollars for each person to contribute, depending on the exact amount who do. Everyone who contributes will legally be given a portion of the island and can visit any time...NS will live in history forever! Surf?

if any one of us eventually win the lottery or somehow become ridiculously rich and don't know what to do with all that cash, they should definitely open up a resort somewhere out west where theres a shitload of pow, and then have ridiculously UNREAL parks near the bottom of the hill. And of course, it would be free for fellow NSers. Shit would be prime.

seriously. as much as some of these people bitch about hating summer, the last thing I want to do is be stuck on an island that is 90 degrees all the time with a bunch of pissed off skiers.

if we're buying an island, let's at least get one we can ski on...

yeh buying the mountain is the cheap part setting up lifts and stuff is really expensive..... you would either have to be prepared to hike or juts have a piste  basher that gave liftsup to the top

I got the idea reading this thread. We could all put together for a condo at the most popular mountain on NS and then it can be a place to come and chill when away there [would also allow NS staff to have give aways lol]. Maybe a place with summer skiing lol, just thrown it out there....

Yea, its a flawed theory, but people would stay elsewhere at night, and ski during the day. Dk how many NSers are apre-skiing at one mountain at one time. Plus i ski at Snowbird, and nothing like this could really be done there (with ski in ski out, unless we did alta-snowbird bypass road, which condos up there are expensive). Definitely a flawed theory, but possibly a thought.

I knew about an old austrian resort getting sold; 1 chairlift + 1 surface tow and lots of natural powder.....

THere was a mountain by me getting sold pretty cheap. quad chair and 2 tbars. Not a huge mountain but you can work in some nice parks.

If you havent already noticed, I've claimed the dictatorship. The laws of NSland clearly state that calling something gives you legitimate property rights over it.

Therefore, anyone who has challenged me for leadership will be destroyed.

Yes, but if the island is in North American territory, I have the advantage seeing as it is home turf. If it is in Europe, it's yours.
