Anyone have oakley battalion pants?

So my birthdays coming up, and I'm looking to buy some orange pants. I found the battalions, and different places hav them In L and XL, I'm 5'11 and probably gonna grow an inch or 2 more, which size should I get so they are pretty baggy?
