i built one, with the drop in at 9' platform the drop it is 2- 2x4x12' and a 3/4" pvc pipe spaced every foot and i put wood dowels in them too and made like a pvc ladder if you can follow that, then i did a flat to like a wood ramp the ramp is just a 4x6'x 5/8" ply wood with to stilts on one end to pick it up then some in the middle with supports running through out it, on top of the wood i used the outdoor carpet, its like the deck turf, super cheap too, then you just put some soap on it and wet it down and it works pretty well, for the rail you could use a 4" pvc pipe and put a 4" peeled wood fencing rail in it, and build supports like a regular rail, its fairly cheap i think it cost me less than 150 to make 2 drop ins with two diff rails, hope this helps
