Really, I don't understand how it isn't in the first place.
Like religion is fine and all, but whenever you involve humans there's bound to be an error.
Say for instance the bible did actually start with God, the next bloke who copies it could've misinterpreted it or made a huge spelling mistake. What then? Is it still the word of God?
Almost as funny as pornos with a storyline that they take seriously. Like war porn:
"OMFG!!! The Viet Cong are like... attacking us."
"Yeah, let's fuck"
WAHWAHWWWWAAAHHHH!!!!
not to start a religious debate, but this argument is wrong on so many levels. there are over 700 identical manuscripts of the new testament that are dated between 43 AD and 100 AD, which have remained almost completely the same as the ones copied in the 13th or 17th century.
the only thing wrong with your argument is that we still have the manuscripts that people were copying, and they match.
all that said, i still think bibles in the fiction section is funny
In a stupid fucking thread titled "Newschoolers or porn" we somehow end up on religious debate 5 posts in.
If you post a serious response to this mess, wow....get a girlfriend.
obviously both at the same time it's a little thing called double monitors, on one you will have the porn of choice and the second you will have the most orgasmic edits out there. that will create the most sensational orgasm ever.
"there are over 700 IDENTICAL manuscripts... which have remained ALMOST completely the same....
Well then its not identical is it? I don't often do this but I can't stand people who kill their own argument in the same sentence. Identical means exact copy/replica, not ALMOST....
Not to start a Magic debate, but this argument is wrong on so many levels. There are over 400 million identical harry potter books that are dated between 1997 and 2010, which have remained almost completely the same as the copies of today.
The only thing wrong with your argument is that it's completely irrelevant and proves nothing....
