Unfortunately, Gary Coleman has passed away, he is gone. He was such an inspiration to me. He is the one who I looked up to. Its amazing how people can leave us so quickly. haha dude this guy was the best. he did what he did. thats what got him where he is at today. no hes not my hero. at all. but no matter what im pretty sure this guy didnt give up on what he wanted to do. he did fuck up a few times in life tho.

His life was cut short.

His contributions to television dwarfed most other child stars.

asking for another day of life for him would've been a tall order

makes me remember that it's the small things in life are important.

i doubt anyone will be able to fill his shoes

He was good but he definitely wasn't a head above the rest

it makes me think how little people know about dying.

actors of his caliber are certainly in short supply these days.

sad to lose one, even with his shrinking celebrity.

He got shortchanged by life.

I really do feel bad though. With people ridiculing him his entire life like that, he must have felt very low.

everyone else will fall short

it leaves me short of breath to think how different strokes can affect celebrities

actually yeah, it is. While irony can "just happen", you'll often find irony as an element in many great literary works, done purposely. Its the same principle in the post I quoted.
