Siver Cartel

So I am in need of a new pair of pants, and I found a pair of Siver Cartel's that I like. I haven't heard much about them, except that they used to be pretty popular and people liked their stuff. The pants a pretty cheap, so if they are good pants I'm going to get them.

Sparknotes: Found some Siver Cartel pants, are they durable/waterproof?

If you found Siver where I think you did, Shhhhhhhhh, keep it a secret, it's been there long enough and I hope it's still there whenever I need new outerwear. If you found it elsewhere, ignore this haha.

I never had pants but i did have a siver jacket for a long time. I loved that so im assuming they are probably good.
