only idiots conceal weapons in their belt line. So many things that can go wrong. Its also very easy to spot someone who is concealing under a belt. The weapon is constantly shifting, causing the carrier to continually re-adjust the position and orientation of the weapon. Drawing a weapon that is held between the body and a belt, in front, is difficult and slow. especially if the person is wearing an excessively baggy shit with out a center break. You should be able to fuck them up significantly or get the fuck away before they can shoot. It is possible to have a weapon hidden in the back under a belt, but this is usually easily noticeable unless the wearer has a heavy coat on, making the draw slow.
That kid may have been armed to the teeth, but his ability to put rounds down range would have been less then ideal.
I would have loved to see that kid move 30 ft.
