I buy new skis and bindings from snowandsurf in Christchurch New Zealand and so I get the mounting done for free at the store. I brought the stuff awhile ago so I didnt buy the stuff and get the mount done straight after, I came back a couple of weeks later.
When I droped them off I decided to go with 1cm forward from recommended length (on advice from the guy at the store) and also made sure they were aware that the breaks would have to be bent to fit over the skis. When I picked them up 3 days later, the breaks hadnt been touched and the mount was 1cm back!!(I only discovered the mount being back once I got home). To get the boot into the bindings you had to pull the breaks outwards otherwise they would catch. I ask the guys at the store wtf is up and a guy takes them outback and bends the breaks for me. Now they are over bent on one ski so I think now theyr gona catch on the snow when taking an edge...
What should I do Im kinda pissed off with the whole situation to be honest. I only got them mounted there because it was free and I didnt have time to do it myself (mounted 2 skis before its not fuking hard ae...)
