hahaha holy shit this bickering over such a stupid point is retarded. These dudes are just having fun (or so it seems). I mean they're wearing fucking bucket hats. You probably won't get their humor if you haven't seen the Red and Meth show or How High.

I also like how people are saying they are such public figures and what they're wearing/music is inappropriate but I don't see anyone complaining about edits that condone drinking and using tobacco. Everyone needs to find the humor and see how much fun these dudes are having.

I love how pro hoe groupies run to defend their idols. Leave B-Dog alone!! waaaaaaaah! I can almost see those kids refreshing the thread just hoping that Phil or Henrik quoted their post and said, "Thanks for keepin' it Gilla, homey. I'm adding you to my friends list player!".

I'm not saying that I really back what cobra was saying, but he has a right to say it—and there's definitely some validity to what he's saying. It was overly harsh and the rhetoric about them actually being racist was plain stupid, but the thug dress-up party thing IS silly. Not "hahaha, man you guys are a RIOT!" silly, but like "man, I'm slightly embarrassed to introduce you to people" silly.

I'm not bothered by the track...at all...I actually like the beat/feel and was too busy watching the features get destroyed to listen to what was being said. I was annoyed—meh, not ANNOYED, because I really don't give a shit...let's say I rolled my eyes—at the "lifestyle shots. It reminded me of the old 9th edits that were 60% tat flashing, gun cocking, pit-bull mugging, and thug hand gestures. My question then and now is: What's the point?

Show me three more shots/jumps or a few falls/fuck-ups and keep the "lifestyle shots". For the record, I don't care if the lifestyle shots are gangster or artsy'fartsy pseudo intellectual...they have no place in a 3 minute edit.

this is all just fun to us... skiing, as it is for all of you.
this edit was put together in 3 days but expect some more worked out and better skiing/concept coming out of us.

How is any music, other maybe yodeling on high mountain tops, related to skiing? There actually isn't any place or relation with music in skiing, other than the sounds of nature. Listen or adapt whatever you want, but stop saying "there is no place" about genres.

It's funny how people react sometimes. They just look about finding problems and forget about the core.
I just see 2 talented skiers having fun and trying to push forward the sport. Most edits now tend to add lifestyle and i'm fine with that. Good job guys, have fun and bring us some more stuff.
Are they doing something that can put them to jail?? Surely not

Let it go, honestly, just enjoy the skiing, put it on mute if you have to, but don't call out anyone for trying to have fun, because I can assure you that's all they were trying to do.

What is wrong with everyone in this thread? Skiing is all about having fun, Phil and Henrik are having fun skiing and doing what they love. Is that a crime? I think not. We all just need to realize that everyone is different and that is what makes our world such a unique and interesting place. Just relax and let them have fun doing what they do and in turn have fun yourself.

Disappointed that the current faces representing freeskiing are choosing to act in such an arrogant, ignorant, and immature fashion. I have enjoyed being a skier for many years now. I have watched the freeskiing movement develop since before many of you started grade school. I was excited to not only be skiing, but to also be a skier. I would happily show (non skier) friends Tanner's segment from Ski Movie III, Pep's Segment from 1242. These showcased skiing, showing my friends how fun it could be, and the open possibilities of the sport.

I would never show people this latest edit, which many of you claim to be unbelievably amazing. While the skiing was very impressive, the video is not something I would want to represent skiing. As casual said, I would be embarrassed to show someone this video. Would you honestly want your sport represented by such childish action? I know I don't.

Many of you think I am taking this way to seriously. You state that they are just 'having fun.' I don't doubt that they are 'having fun.' However, you are the only people who think pretending to live the gangster lifestyle is 'fun.' Ask people who have traveled and explored humanity and the world. There is absolutely nothing funny about gangs. Please allow yourself to look outside your upper middle class life. That shit is real and it fucks people over. There is nothing fun about kids getting shot needlessly. Turn off the NWA and think about all the families that have been ruined by gang warfare.

You two are both professionals and public figures. As such you need to be aware of how you act. You are representing the next generation of skiing. If you wish for skiers to be seen as ignorant, and immature, keep acting the way you are. If instead you would like to be seen as true professionals, it is time to start becoming aware of how you act, and having respect for others, yourself, and your profession. If you are not ready to hold and respect these responsibilities, feel free to step down.

you too? the only thing I can tell about the freeskiing movement right now, it's the fact that user like you are always complaining on everything. phil and henrik act the way they want and if you dont like it, it's your problem. they arent trying to make people angry on NS, they just want to show THE WAY THEY LOVE AND SEE SKIING. last thing.... you should try to make an edit and put it on this forum, it's gonna be so easy to complain about it. you'll need big balls.

ns kids analyze skiing way too much. go out and have fun like a normal human being. nobody hates on mik d for dressing thug back in his days and these are the kids who he influenced the most (obviously). so appreciate them as a progression of that style and don't bitch. at least they aren't putting tattoos on their faces like some skateboarders do.
