I just re-discovered The Brave Little Toaster.

When I wasl ike 5 years old, it was like my favourite movie in the world (electronic appliances are sweet!)

my favorite. everytime i went to rent a movie's with my parents, i INSISTED on renting it. they probably spent over a hundred dollars on this movie...don't know why we never just bought it.

I have been watching all of miyazaki's movies again recently and I fucking love all of them.  Especially Nausicca of the valley of the wind and Princess Mononoke.  I watched a lot of disney movies as a kid though, favorites being Robin hood and Jungle book.

i probably went through phases of watching any of these movies till the VHS got toast. Star wars was something I would watch every morning during summer vacation.

My first favorite movie was The Wizard of Oz when I was like, I dunno, 2 or 3. I used to watch it every day with my red shoes on and skip around the living room.

Then when I was a little older I loved the animal-related Disney movies: Homeward Bound, 101 Dalmatians (the first movie I ever saw in theaters), and The Lion King. When I was in 2nd grade, my best friend Paige and I created a club based on The Lion King. Our club headquarters were located underneath the classroom piano until we finally got in trouble for making other girls cry because we wouldn't include all of them. Apparently The Lion King Club was ultra-exclusive.
