The bird flew up to the first branch of the tree and rested, then the next day flew to the next branch, until finally the bird reached the top branch. Then the farmer came out with a shotgun...

The moral of the story is, bullshit may get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.

Best and worst time of my life. The first day i was there i descovered that i had a torn ACL dicpite what my docter had told me. I was there for two weeks and didnt ski for more then 5 minutes BUT i still had such a good time. Everyone there and all around town from other camps are super nice and at night it's party time. Highlight: getting kicked out of the sms hotel by phil poteir. AND HUFFIN DUBS WITH THE LOCALS. ya aswsome time.

^ahhhhh naahhh COC is def more laid than High North. I went to COC in summer of 2001 and they could give 2 shits about what u do. I mean ya they teach IF YOU WANT THE HELP but if not they really dont care. Also they said under 18 had a curvew or somethin....wow that was some bs hahah they didnt care at all what u did at night at all. Also they don't restrict inverts like high north does ( well from what I hear ) at high north ur not allowd to go inverted on the first 3days u are there but that sounds like some bs. But COC was the best time of my life and if i could ever go again I would be its just too much freakin $$$ besides i will go again but Ill just get a public ticket and rip their park anyway.....i mean they dont really know whos part of the camp.

It's not gonna teach you everything, at it defintly is over rated... but its also a fun time. i personally didnt think the 1500 dollers I paid was worth it at all.. but thats just because it was 3 weeks of work for me to go.
Bottom line.. got alot of mooch, go, if not rock the public terrain and snake some terrain, i think we should make a posse to head up and hangout this summer at whis... that would be cool.

CoC is amazing, i went the past two summers (unfortunately not this one) and i learned a ton of stuff. The coaches aren't super well known, but they are still really cool and good. At night they have some activities to do if you want, but if you dont want to then you just go into town by yourself. I even won a pair of free scratches there!
