they are not really stiff at all. maybe if your under like 120 but im 165 and have em. i love them. they are super light weight and shock absorbing. i put an intuition in for added stiffness but the stockliner is not that bad either. overall a good boot. and it is narrow.

i just spent the past season in them and i have no complaints..i have kinda wide feet and they were perfect never uncomfortable(not skinny like fulltilts)..they have 2 buckles which is different..but a hugge strap which is nice..so the strap/buckles all balance each other out and make for a really well tighetened/fitting boot. also i never had cold feet in these which i generally get on colder days..but these retained heat well...

overall good solid boot..i would reccomend

oh..and you can take out the two screws in the back to make them less stiff...totalllyyy makes a difference..or you can take one out..or just take one out of one boot if you feel one is stiffer than the other...basically customizable with stiffness..

I bought them from price and it was a bad decision for me. I am only 110lbs and they were soooo stiff, and I am used to plug race boots. Spent a lot of time in the shop with them to soften them up. But when there were best boots I have ever used. I put a booster strap on them too and they were so nice!

they have a 98mm last, same last as fulltilts, but they will fit differently

so you bought boots you couldn't flex, had your shop soften them up, then put boosters on them? that just seems conter productive....

but back to the OP, if it fits, it fits. while alot of people seem to think these are "stiff" (most people on this site think anything stiffer then spks is to stiff), it depends on your weight. if you can flex them fine in the shop, then great. salomon makes great boots if they fit you right.

Reverse order bought them, could flex them when they were warm in the shop. Put a booster strap on the, then had the shop soften them up. Now they are great.

They're sick. I don't know what everyone's saying about them being so stiff, I'm 110 and they are perfect. They're super toasty and adjustable stiffness is useful as well. get em.

that was like a new touring boot that can fit dynafit or alpine,
if they're comfy then get em
