A couple friends and I are renting a house on Evans. Rent is $500 a month + utilities so total payment is around $600. We are looking for one more person to rent. The house is down in the souther Denver/Denver University area. We are gonna have a banger soundsytem, a trampoline, a kegerator. We have a porch. The house is pretty nice too.
